Lembongan Island is situated just 23 kilometers of Bali 's East Coast. Renowned for its marine life, the waters of Lembongan are crystal clear and the warm and friendly locals are always happy provide tips on best surfing, snorkeling, Village tour and diving locations.

With relatively few tourists on the island, visitors can enjoy un-crowded and white sandy beaches and relaxed atmosphere as the island greatest asset. 

On 14th October 2009, the Balinese Hindu will be celebrating Galungan Day.

Galungan Day is one of the Hinduism biggest ceremony in Bali which is celebrated in every six month according to the Balinese calendar. At the Galungan Day the Balinese celebrate the victory of the good conquered the bad.

In every villages in Bali, we can easily find line of decorated bamboo pool called “Penjor” which plated and stand beautifully in front of each houses.

Sumba Island is one of an island scattered among islands of East Nusa Tenggara. If we look at the map of East Nusa Tenggara then we can see Sumba Island on the bottom of the map or located on the south.

Sumba Island is confined by Hindia Ocean on the southern part and Sawu Sea at the eastern part, which also separate Sumba Island from Timor Island. On the northern part, it is bordered by Sumba strait which separate it from Flores Island and so as from the eastern part which also confined by Sumba strait.

DAY 3: Labuanbajo (FLores Island) - Denpasar (Bali)

Breakfast... The story remain the same as I told you at the beginning of day 2.

We going nowhere this morning, only to the airport to catch up our flight to Bali. We have lots of free time. After breakfast, we walk down to the garden, pool and beach like yesterday, but we have more time to taking pictures. 

DAY 2: Labuanbajo (Flores Island)

Today is more relax, since we don’t have to go to Komodo Island. If we still plan to Komodo Island, we should have to wake up early morning at 4.30 am in order to enable us to arrive at Komodo island at 8 p.m where the weather is not too hot.

I woke up early, its my habit. I opened up the curtain and saw that the sun has powerfully illuminate the world, though it was around 6.00 a.m. My eyes were really entertained by hotels garden view with its  green grass, well maintained flower garden, etc.

Day 1:  Denpasar (Bali) – Labuanbajo (Flores) – Rinca (Komodo National Park) – Labuanbajo.

Today plan, we will go by flight from Denpasar – Bali to Labuanbajo – Flores, then continue journey by boat to Rinca Island inside of Komodo National Park, and return to Labuanbajo to stay at Hotel Bintang Flores – Labuanbajo. 

This is my trip report to see Komodo Dragons in their habitat, the Komodo National Park. I have been to Komodo National Park many times… but I am still excited to go there again and again..

Actually our plan to explore two main islands of Komodo National Park, Rinca Island and Komodo Island. On the first day we will go to Rinca Island, next day to Komodo Island… But we changed it, after see Komodo dragons in Rinca we though it was enough and better explore villages and some places around Labuanbajo – Flores island.

Flores island is one of main Lesser Sunda islands or Nusa Tenggara Islands - islands streached on east of Bali...

Is Flores attractive? The answer is absolutely YES...
If we have had 7 World Wonders, WTO should soon announces that there are 2 more, one is in  Flores and another one in Komodo islands.

This was my first time cruising on Mahakam river – East Kalimantan, event this is my first time cruising on the river, I never did it before on whole my life, so  I am very exited.

I have been to Balikpapan - East Kalimantan, several times, but did not have time for traveling around. I though it is the time, but I only have 2 days. Well it’s not really good. I will manage this time carefully.
